Once the oil is extracted from the hazelnut the pressed cake is finely ground to a flour, this is not the same as hazelnut meal. Gluten free, high in protein at 30g/100g. Great in smoothies, sprinkle over your cereal, dessert or add a teaspoon to your favorite recipes for a nutty flavour.
